Station Claim Request

To begin a claim, please email Global Repair Group at and provide the following information

  • Main Station Contact for scheduling
    • Including airline, station name/code, address, best phone number, business hours, best email contact
  • Please provide any model or serial # information – if available
    • Please note that upon claim initiation, photos may be requested. Photos provided at the beginning of a claim can sometimes save costs on an in-person assessment.
  • Any known damages
