Some repairs require more time than others, which is why we are ready to loan equipment to passengers, helping them continue their uninterrupted mobility during the duration of the repair.
We make sure that passengers continue to be satisfied after their claim is resolved. We follow up post-repair, ensuring equipment is operating properly, and that all other aspects of the claim were fulfilled to the passenger’s expectations. GRG is also happy to provide passengers with handling information for their specific equipment in order to prevent damage while traveling in the future.
