MICHAEL BLIWASPRESIDENT

Michael founded Global Repair Group in 2008, and has been an entrepreneur and business owner for the past 24 years. He is responsible for the financing of Global Repair Group, establishing and maintaining manufacturer relationships, and overall strategic direction. Prior to opening the Global Repair Group, Michael founded The Mobility Shop, a durable medical equipment company focused on providing mobility equipment to patients nationwide.

Michael also founded MCB Hearing in 1994, a hearing healthcare company that focused on providing patients with proper hearing devices. In 2001, MCB Hearing merged with Hearing Healthcare Management to form Avada Hearing Centers and became one of the largest privately-owned hearing aid companies in the nation.

Michael is also an active member of the Chicago chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.

SARA POTICHAVICE PRESIDENT

SARA POTICHAVICE PRESIDENT

Sara is currently responsible for the day-to-day management and business operations of both the Global Repair Group and The Mobility Shop. She has been responsible for all Global Repair Group startup functions including establishing partnerships with insurance companies and local mobility equipment businesses. She is also responsible for overall operations management including monthly financial reporting, billing, marketing, payroll, and all human resources functions.

Sara helped grow The Mobility Shop to one of the largest national power wheelchair providers in the country. She has successfully taken the company through the Medicare application process in March 2004 and 2007. In August 2006, the company received accreditation from Accreditation for HealthCare, granting the company access to more business opportunities. The Mobility Shop was successfully re-certified in March 2009 for a 3 year period.

She has been in business operations management for the past 21 years. Prior to her current position, Sara raised venture capital funding and launched a disability staffing firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado with four additional offices throughout the U.S.
